Request user and book barcodes

Please complete the following form to receive the next run of user/book barcodes.

We will send you the details of how to order printed cards/stickers. Alternatively, you may choose to print the barcode stickers yourself. Library cards must be ordered from our recommended supplier using the agreed SWIMS branding.

Only barcodes issued by the Core Team must be used to ensure compatibility with the system. You will need to manage your allocation of barcodes carefully to avoid duplication errors.

These supplies must be funded and procured by individual library services.
