Module group members’ roles
- Attend group meetings wherever possible and participate in note-taking as required
- Work with leads to:
- Create mandatory and recommended policies and procedures and documentation including FAQs
- Support library staff with using the system
- Assist with quality control
- Assist with ensuring the website is kept up-to-date by flagging up out-of-date content
- Help with implementing enhancements (calling on additional staff input where necessary)
- Work with other groups where there is overlap
